Swiss Roll-ies

Our baking fingers started to itch again. This time round, we were in for something new. We were making Swiss Rolls!

Two kinds of swiss rolls were made yesterday:

1. Swiss Rolls with custard filling

2. Swiss Rolls with chocolate filling

Our first attempt making these rolls is successful, and they tasted better than those bought from neighbouring bakeries. :P

We had fun rolling the sponge cakes with tracing papers and they feel like plasticine under our fingers.

Nothing beats home-made food.

Our next attempt shall be Japanese Sushi and Handroll.
