Swiss Roll-ies

Our baking fingers started to itch again. This time round, we were in for something new. We were making Swiss Rolls!
Two kinds of swiss rolls were made yesterday:
1. Swiss Rolls with custard filling
2. Swiss Rolls with chocolate filling
Our first attempt making these rolls is successful, and they tasted better than those bought from neighbouring bakeries. 
We had fun rolling the sponge cakes with tracing papers and they feel like plasticine under our fingers.
Nothing beats home-made food.
Our next attempt shall be Japanese Sushi and Handroll.
