		<description>Going on a "eat less" diet is the worst thing you can do. The weight will not "stay off", once you resume your normal eating habits.

You need to actually CHANGE your eating habit, ie, make the changes and use it everyday. 

So, cutting down on "supper" for example, is a BAD MOVE. What you need to do is to INCREASE the number of times you eat (but not the amount). If you eat 5 to 6 times a day, you will trigger the body to burn the calories more than if you ate just 1 meal a day ("eat less diet").

Of course, you must "eat right" for all the 5 or 6 meals per day. And when I say "meal", I mean small portions of healthy food, such as wholemeal/multigrain bread with tomato and lettuce, an egg, orange juice. That's considered "1 meal".</description>
