It’s pretty frustrating.
Besides having the need to maintain a healthy pregnancy weight, I’ve recently being reminded once again that caffeine is bad for baby. Practically everyone who is pregnant tries to avoid caffeine at all cost, but here i am trying to plan my daily caffeine intake happily. I am such a bad person. I simply can’t live without a morning cup of coffee everyday and at times, i do take afternoon tea also. >_< This is no good.
Excessive caffeine could result in premature birth, low birth weight and possibly bad behaviour in newborn kids. I was simply horrified that what i loved could cause such great harm to the baby.
I think it’s time to start cutting down my daily cups. Hope i am not too late to rectify anything now…
