There are many kinds of life insurance packages in the world, but none can actually prevent you from getting poor health. Not even the best life insurance lead can do anything about it.
For me, I had a bit of anemia since young and I really need iron in my diet to boost my health. And since I now eating for two, this vitamin is even more crucial for me. What makes things worst is, i am very picky about food. I prefer junk, sweet and fried food more than anything else.
They will just make me puke or feel nauseous. I did some research and find out some iron sources which I think I might eat.

* Poultry/Meat/Fish
* Orange, Orange Juice
* Broccoli
* Tomato
Food that inhibits the absorption of iron
* Coffee and Tea (My god, i love these!)
* Spinach, sweet potato
* soy products (My god, i love this too!)
* whole grains and bran
According to resources, i can still consume coffee, but iron supplements are only to be taken after 1 to 3 hours.
