My cooking spirit is back again after sometime. This was my first weekend at home after having busy weekends outsideĀ for the past few weeks. Hubbie wanted to try our own Bah Kut Teh, so we bought the spices and also some pork bones from the nearest miserable market.
The soup ended up more spicier than we expected. Maybe because we place the pack of spices into the pot for too long a time. The first sip sent me coughing for 3 whole minutes. So much for my first attempt. I will probably try cooking other soups next time.
