Many years ago, I don’t celebrate birthdays. It’s not because my friends and family do not bother to celebrate, but i just don’t feel comfy celebrating my own birthday. Maybe because i do not like to be at the center of attraction. No wonder I hated to go through my own wedding.
It’s only during the recent years, my friends started to celebrate it for me, but in a subtle way.
Yesterday two of my close buddies from secondary school, both older than me by a few months, decided to treat me to a Spa pedicure session at Shuga@Punggol. What a surprising way to celebrate my birthday huh?
The happiness doesn’t stop here. My ‘sister’ (one of the duo) even made this cute address book for me using nice book scrapping materials:

I cant bring myself to use it. It’s too cute and unique in this world! and no amount of money can ever buy this.
The other ‘sister’ bought these from London. Aren’t they unique too?

Actually there’s no need to go to such expenses for my birthday. Their company and unselfish caring and sincerity towards this friendship is the most precious gift in the world.
