Did you ever had this experience?
You are happily planning for a tour/wedding when suddenly things started happening all around you in the workplace. Things had been quiet earlier on.
This is what is happening to me this week.
Issues/tasks have been piling up on me this week [out of the blue, when i thought issues had been settled nicely earlier on]. Of all days, why on the week which i am scheduled to go on a family tour?. I have courses, i have management work to handle and the worst thing of all, i have a freaking exam this Friday! (I am flying off this weekend!!!) aww….i cant concentrate on the exam.
i really wish i can go to this tour without my “work”. It’s rather tragic to keep thinking about work while on a great holiday. This holiday is very special to me. If all things goes on smoothly, it will be my first family tour together. :) My parents hadn’t travel since they had me (*Blushed*); and i think it’s time i fulfill my duty as daughter to bring them on a tour.
I think they deserve the break.
